Who I am
My name is Cassidy Watt, former First Team All Conference NAIA and current Professional Catcher for the Brantford Red Sox in the Canadian Baseball League.
Through competing, networking, and showing up at every level of the game, I've built a network of over 300 college coaches across North America. That means when it's time to go to work, I'm not starting from zero — the groundwork is already laid.
Why I Started This Business
When I went through the recruiting process, I was an unrecognized player from Coquitlam, BC, Canada. I didn't make the cut for most travel ball teams. I felt lost, unsupported, and unsure of how to pursue my dream to play college ball — but I refused to let that stop me.
After an initial commitment that wasn't the right fit for me, I transferred to Colorado Northwestern Community College, where I earned the starting catcher role and was named All-Conference Honorable Mention in my first season, then All-Conference Second Team in my final year. I later transferred to Dakota State University, where patience and development led to the biggest jump of my career — finishing with a .331 average, 12 doubles, 14 home runs, 50 RBIs, First Team All-Conference, and a spot in the DSU record books. That season led to signing my first professional contract in 2025, and in 2026 I re-signed with the Brantford Red Sox for the inaugural season of the Canadian Baseball League.
If I was able to navigate this journey — from unranked and overlooked to playing professionally — imagine what I can help you accomplish with the experience, insight, and relationships I've built along the way.
How I Can Help You
Making it to college baseball is an achievement in itself, but finding the right fit — a place where you are happy, confident, and content with your decision — is an entirely different challenge. Your goals lead the search — not a coach's roster needs.
Once we start working together, I handle:
- Evaluating how to market you best
- Recruiting video creation
- Coach outreach
- Coordinating campus visits
- Offer evaluation
So you can focus on playing while I do the heavy lifting. My Approach to Representation
The 'Lights Out' Formula is built on establishing a genuine, personable relationship with each athlete. I take the time to understand your unique situation, goals, strengths, and priorities — not just as a player, but as a person. With that foundation, I compile both objective data and a complete picture of who you are to ensure your needs are fully represented.
The earlier we begin working together, the more opportunities we can create. As a general rule, athletes should start seriously thinking about the college recruiting process as early as their Sophomore year (Grade 10) — though it's never too late to get started and find the right fit.
